Whisk flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl. Set aside.

Crack eggs in large bowl. Add buttermilk and oil. Whisk until smooth.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Whisk until just combined (some lumps are okay).

Preheat large skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Grease with cooking spray.

Add ¼ cup batter to skillet. Repeat for a second pancake. Cook until bubbles begin to burst, 2-3 minutes.
